- Who are Golf Exclusive?
We are a designer golf label, established in 2005 and based in Yorkshire.
- What do you do?
We design and manufacture an exclusive golf clothing & accessories. Our clients range from golf clubs, golf teams & societies and individuals who are building their own unique and exclusive golf wardrobes.
- How do they build a Golf Exclusive wardrobe?
As you go through the website you will be given personalisation options allowing you to create a golfers wardrobe unique to you. Change our logo colour and you add your initial, own design, family crest or name to every order. Effectively all your family members could have the family crest embroidered onto all orders to give a truly unique and exclusive look.
Payment for orders
- How safe is your payment process?
Your details are very safe and payment is taken through PayPal or Credit card payment gateway (Stripe) & you do not need a PayPal account. You will be aware of a padlock that appears in the URL when you are in an area of our site that asks for payment or personal information. This padlock tells you that our site is secure and you are safe to continue wih your online purchase. you can order by phone using your card if your prefer.
- Do you ever sell customers data?
Never, it is only used by Golf Exclusive
Deliveries & Orders.
- How long will I wait for my order ?
Your order is normally despatched 1-5 working days depending upon any personalisations. We will keep you informed of the progress of your order by email or phone when appropriate and your order will be despatched as soon as it passes our strict QC with our Managing Director. Free delivery for all UK orders.
- When I personalise my items does it take longer?
Sometimes yes, depending on the number of items, we will contact you with an expected delivery date when your order is received.
- If I am not happy with my order can I return it?
Please see our terms and conditions (point 14)
- How will I know when my order has been delivered?
As soon as we are ready to despatch your order you will be notified by email. If you require your items for a specific date just let us know, we will do our best to get it there.
- How do I check my order status ?
Along the top of the home page is the 'Order Status' link, click this and then enter your account details; this will open your messages and updates.
- A handling charge for items purchased from outside the UK will apply and will be shown on your checkout breakdown ; £10 handling charge. This is to cover customs and courier charges. Any purchases from within the UK are delivered free of charge.
