Delivery During Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Approximate delivery times below allow us to comply with the latest guidelines to 
protect our customers and staff.

Personalised Gloves/Caps/Towel/Shoe Bags: Allow 7-10 days for delivery

Personalised Polo Shirts / Jumpers/Jackets: Allow 10-15 days for delivery

Volume orders of the above products: Allow 21 days for delivery.

Orders are shipped using 'Royal Mail' or a 'Courier Service' and may require a signature upon delivery. Allow 2-3 days from dispatch email to receive your order.

A guaranteed delivery service for urgent orders can be arranged. (additional charge will apply).  Email us if you have an urgent order. We will confirm it's possible before you place your online order. 

Non UK countries:

A shipping charge is added before checkout for admin and international courier costs - £20.00.

We will always send your order by a tracked service available at the time of dispatch and will forward tracking details for status updates.

Once your item has been shipped we will not be able to speed up the delivery process and clearing customs in some countries can take a little longer than others, up to 3 weeks in some countries. Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order. If your order is for a specific date, please inform us either; 'before ordering' or in the 'message box' available on our website when placing your order. We will then confirm if your order is likely to be ready and arrive on time.

Small / Single item orders normally leave us within 3-5 working days.
Larger / Complex orders normally leave us within 7-10 working days.
You will receive a dispatch email the day your order is completed and dispatched. 


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
We offer a 14 Days - no quibble returns policy.
We will replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or in a damaged condition.  

- Returned items must include the original labels and packaging and be in a new and unused state
- In the event that an item is faulty, please contact us immediately
- Incurred return delivery costs will not be refunded 
- Your Statutory rights are not effected.

 *Items that have been personalised in any way are excluded from a refund but will be exchanged without charge.

We recommend that you notify us prior to returning any item so we may deal swiftly and efficiently with your request.



If you have received an item that has been personalised to your request we are unable to refund or exchange it unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit.

If you purchase an item and later return it to us for personalisation, handling and postage charge of £10 will apply, We will not charge any additional fee for personalistion as shown available at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 working days for your item to be returned.
